Lots of new boards!

The new signage, complete with new theme signs and route posts, improves the visitor's experience. All this is in line with the existing house style and the newly developed floor plan.

Mirror, mirror on the wall, which one is wrong of them all?

There were lots of icons created for the map and the signage throughout the park. So there is always a chance of a little mix up. For all of you who have worked in hospitality this might be easy to spot. Take a look on this page and see if you can find it!

The first concept sketch for  "The world of Blijdorp, a journey through the zoo."

After a number of variations it starts to take shape.

In addition to these 4, there are 29 theme boards in the park.

For the signage, the structure of the posts and the background colors of the icons are considered.
